Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds are processed for cancelled orders (within 24 hours) and for damaged or incorrect items received. Refund processing time is 7-10 business days after approval.

Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items. Returns for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Method

Refunds for online payments will be credited back to the original payment method. COD order refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
